Remote Support


Dear customer,

the software TeamViewer gives our support team the possibility to connect via remote with your computer. This makes it easier to identify problems and our support team can contribute to solve them.

How it works - Very simple:

  1. Download the customer modul of TeamViewer online: TeamViewer
  2. Start the customer modul Teamviewer by double-clicking on the file TeamviewerQS.exe.
    A small window will appear which displays your Your ID as well as the Password.
  3. Name Your ID and the password your PTV contact.
    This allows your PTV contact to connect to your computer.
